General Terms
Surplus Edition operates as an online platform that sells curated surplus from various suppliers. By using this site, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Product Information
All products are sold as-is from the supplier’s overstock. We make every effort to accurately describe items, but:
- Product availability changes weekly and cannot be guaranteed
- Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images
- Minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging do not affect product quality
- Short-dated items are clearly marked with expiration dates
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through our payment processor. Payment is processed at the time of order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you to cancel or adjust the order.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive order confirmation and tracking information via email.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will provide estimated timelines at checkout. Delays due to carrier or weather conditions are beyond our control.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes before shipment.
Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- All activities under your account
- Providing accurate shipping and billing information
- Notifying us of unauthorized account access
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Surplus Edition or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Surplus Edition is not liable for:
- Delays or failures in delivery due to carrier issues
- Product suitability for specific purposes beyond stated descriptions
- Damages beyond the purchase price of the product
- Lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Food Products: Food items are sold as surplus goods. Check expiration dates and allergen information before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or issues arising from improper storage or use.
Governing Law
The laws of British Columbia, Canada, govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
