Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada using reliable carriers. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- British Columbia: $8-12
- Western Canada (AB, SK, MB): $12-18
- Eastern Canada (ON, QC): $15-22
- Atlantic Canada: $18-25
Free shipping on orders over $75 within BC. Free shipping on orders over $125 Canada-wide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times from ship date:
- Metro Vancouver: 1-2 business days
- British Columbia: 2-4 business days
- Western Canada: 3-5 business days
- Eastern Canada: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and regional courier services, depending on your location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Most packages require signature confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered early)
- Contact us if the package doesn’t arrive within 24 hours
We’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Temperature-Sensitive Items: We do not ship perishable or temperature-sensitive food products during extreme weather. Orders containing such items may be held until safe shipping conditions resume.
Address Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Ensure your address is correct before completing checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
